ANGOLA, La – Maj. Gen. Glenn H. Curtis, the adjutant general of the Louisiana National Guard, was inducted into the Louisiana Justice Hall of Fame at the Louisiana State Penitentiary Museum, in Angola, La., July 25, 2014.

The hall of fame was established in 2004 to honor men and women who serve or served their community and state in the honorable professions of law enforcement, the judiciary, criminal justice, civil service and other related fields.

The La. Justice Hall of Fame chose Curtis because he distinguished himself as a leader and combat Soldier to the state of Louisiana and the nation. He has also received the Humanitarian Service Medal with a Bronze Star while serving in the LANG.

The other 2014 inductees to the Louisiana Justice Hall of Fame included Honorable E. Pete Adams, Honorable Marie Corinne “Lindy” Boggs (posthumously), Sheriff Andy Brown, Honorable David Burton, Sheriff Sid Gautreaux and Honorable Fredericka “Ricky” Wicker.
