BOSSIER CITY, La. – The Louisiana Army National Guard’s 165th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 139th Regional Support Group, changed leadership in an official ceremony at the Bossier City armory, April 22.

Lt. Col. Randy S. Green of Bossier City, La., relinquished command to incoming commander, Lt. Col. LaDenna M. Piper of Deville, La.
