La. Guard graduates new class of officers

BALL, La. – The 33 newest officers in the Louisiana National Guard recite the oath of office at Tioga High School in Ball, La., Aug. 27, 2011. The officers successfully attended the ‘traditional’ officer candidate school one weekend a month and two annual training sessions over 18 months, or attend the full-time 8-week ‘accelerated’ course.
