159th Fighter Wing Celebrates it 2012 Award Receipents

NEW ORLEANS – Tech. Sgt. Rosalie Huff, 159th Civil Engineering Squadron, 159th Fighter Wing, was selected as the 2011 Non-commissioned Officer of the Year and was presented her award by the adjutant general of the Louisiana National Guard, Brig. Gen. Glenn H. Curtis, commander of the 159th, Col. Roy Qualls, the senior enlisted advisor of the Louisiana National Guard, Command Sgt. Maj. Tommy Caillier and the senior enlisted advisor, Air, Chief Master Sgt. James Downing at the 2011 Louisiana Air National Guard’s Awards Banquet, May 19, 2012, held at the National World War II Museum in New Orleans. Huff, a Slidell native, identified over seventy-two critical areas for improvement and developed action plans to correct these items, bringing the fighter wing’s Emergency Response Programs into compliance with Air Force Regulations.
