Complete all blocks within the form. The information is required to evaluate the event for appropriateness and compliance with DoD policies and for coordination with the units involved.

Request for Military Aerial Support

Request for Military Aerial Support must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the requested event for approvals

DD Form 2535

Request for Military Non-Aviation Support

Must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the requested event for approvals

National Guard Logistical Support
Please complete DD Form 2536 to request National Guard logistical support for events including but not limited to:
National Guard MUSICAL UNIT
TROOP
COLOR/HONOR GUARD
SPEAKING and/or EXHIBIT/EQUIPMENT.
