PINEVILLE, La. – Chief Warrant Officer 5 Kim Janneck, the command chief warrant officer of the Louisiana National Guard, receives her promotion to sergeant after completing basic training as part of the Civilian Acquired Skills Program in 1986. Janneck will retire this Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, with more than 27 years of service in the Louisiana National Guard and 36 years of federal civilian service.
