Camp Minden breaks ground on new center

Charlie Walker, president of the Webster Parish Police Jury, addresses the crowd at the ground-breaking ceremony for the new Armed Forces Reserve Center being built by the Louisiana National Guard at Camp Minden Sept. 7. The 90,000-square-foot facility is scheduled to open in March 2013.
