NEW ORLEANS – Louisiana National Guardsman 1st Lt. Curtis Watson perseveres as he works through the 28-day Soldier of Steel Gym Jones Training Plan.
Day four consists of a choice of a 60 minute run, bike or swim and a 300 second overhead dumbbell hold.
“I could really feel the burn with the overhead hold,” said Watson. “But I’m looking forward to the sprints tomorrow. I know those will really help my speed when it comes to my PT test.”
