NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A member of the Louisiana National Guard’s State Marksmanship Team, Staff Sgt. Jamie Eppinette readies his ammunition and magazines at the start of the Combat Rifle Excellence in Competition match at the 2013 Winston P. Wilson Marksmanship Competition in North Little Rock, Ark. Eppinette is a member of the 1023rd Vertical Engineer Company, in Monroe, La. During the week-long competition, he earned a place on the “Chief’s 50” teams for both rifle and pistol.
