La. Guard participates in disaster response exercise

MANDEVILLE, La. – Soldiers from the Louisiana National Guard’s 225th Engineer transport a rescued “civilian” to receive medical attention during a disaster response exercise at Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville, La., March 23, 2013. This training exercise provided all La. partner agencies the opportunity to conduct joint all-hazards disaster response operations in a controlled environment in advance of the 2013 hurricane season.
