159th Fighter Wing Celebrates it 2012 Award Receipents

NEW ORLEANS – Master Sgt. Michael Dupre, 159th Maintenance Squadron, 159th Fighter Wing, was selected as the 2011 the First Sgt. of the Year and was presented his award by the adjutant general of the Louisiana National Guard, Brig. Gen. Glenn H. Curtis, commander of the 159th, Col. Roy Qualls, the senior enlisted advisor of the Louisiana National Guard, Command Sgt. Maj. Tommy Caillier and the senior enlisted advisor, Air, Chief Master Sgt. James Downing at the 2011 Louisiana Air National Guard’s Awards Banquet, May 19, 2012, held at the National World War II Museum in New Orleans. Dupre earned the First Sgt. of the Year award for his tireless efforts in ensuring the proper attention and care was provided to the 200 plus Airmen under his charge.
