MINDEN, La. – Louisiana National Guard Youth Challenge Program cadets are on hand to witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the LANG and Bossier Parish Community College at Camp Minden, Jan. 29, 2013. Maj. Gen. Glenn H. Curtis, the adjutant general of the LANG, and Dr. Jim Henderson, chancellor of BPCC, signed the MOU giving YCP students who earn their GED the opportunity to earn up to 15 college credits at BPCC.
